This important event serves to find out news that are presented in terms of weapons, vehicles and military equipment, a very important issue for our national security, especially in a world that has become more insecure and unstable. You can obtain more information about FEINDEF on its website. The Ministry of Defense has published today an interesting video that summarizes some of the things that can be seen at this event, including some materials from the Spanish Armed Forces:

Here you can see some screenshots of the video, indicating what appears in each of them.

The Cervus III project by Escribano Mechanical & Engineering, a Spanish unmanned vehicle detection system mounted on a Uro VAMTAC ST-5. It has been tested by the 31st Electronic Warfare Regiment of the Spanish Army.

The EINSA Netón light special operations vehicle (VLOE) , already in service with the Army's Special Operations Command (MOE) (received 24 units in 2021) and which ends to reach the Special Naval Warfare Force (FGNE) of the Navy, which has acquired ten units, of which the first four have been received this week, with the desert scheme that we see in the image.

The ASCOD VAC (Chain Support Vehicle) from General Dynamics European Land Systems - Santa Bárbara Sistemas (GDELS-SBS), a future replacement for the APC M-113 in the Spanish Army. The VAC has been presented for the first time in public by Tess Defense at this event. The version exhibited at FEINDEF has a GMOS Escribano tower with a 120 mm mortar.

The GDELS-SBS ASCOD Castor Sapper Combat Vehicle (VCZAP) , that we already saw here in 2019. It will be incorporated into the Spanish Army and is based on the same chassis as the ASCOD VAC. Behind it we see the ASCOD ARV, a recovery vehicle based on the ASCOD VAC, including a crane and a dozer.

The proposal by Escribano Mechanical & Engineering and Expal for the SILAM (High Mobility Rocket Launcher System) of the Army, which combines a PULS launcher from the Israeli company Elbit Systems with an IVECO 6x6 truck like the already used by the Spanish Armed Forces. It is another of the great novelties of this edition of FEINDEF.

A mockup of the European MALE RPAS, also known as Eurodrone, a joint drone project promoted by Airbus, Dassault Aviation and Leonardo, with the support of Germany, Spain, France and Italy. The Air Force will receive 12 units.

The new Spanish Army Wheeled Combat Vehicle (VCR) Dragón. The first vehicles were delivered in December 2022. The FEINDEF version has been exposed with the Elbit UT30Mk2 tower, equipped with a 30mm Orbital ATK cannon, a 7.62mm coaxial machine gun and two Rafael Spike LR missile launchers. A total of 40 VCR Dragón of the Spanish Army will be equipped with this tower.

The Uro VAMTAC SK-95, from the Galician company Urovesa, towing a Light Gun L-118 cannon. The specimen exhibited at FEINDEF is one of the examples delivered last summer to the Brigade "Galicia" VII (BRILAT) of the Spanish Army and which have been assigned to the VII Field Artillery Group (GACA VII).

The Light Reconnaissance Vehicle (VELIRE) of the Military Emergency Unit, based on the Uro VAMTAC and used by the Emergency Support and Intervention Regiment (RAIEM), based in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid ). We saw it two years ago operating in the area of the volcanic eruption on the island of La Palma.
