In the heart of Wales, in the west of the United Kingdom, there is a magnificent nature park in the Snowdonia region, called Eryri in Welsh.
The English name of that region derives from Mount Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa, in Welsh), which at 1,085 meters above sea level is the highest mountain in this part of Great Britain. Snowdonia National Park covers an area of 2,142 square kilometres, and inside it hides some jewels of nature, like this one posted by Chris Knight two days ago:
That jewel is a waterfall hidden in a lush forest in that region of Wales. In this video capture we can see it from a drone view.
Next to the waterfall there is a cave, which gives the place a truly magical air.
In the video there are also beautiful images, such as a forest that seems to be taken from the chapter of "The Lord of the Rings" dedicated to Lothlórien. Will there be elves in Wales? 🤔
