He has snubbed Israel and met with the Palestinian president in Cairo

Pedro Sánchez promises more 'cooperation' to the Palestinian government after its public call to exterminate the Jews

The president of the government of Spain, the socialist Pedro Sánchez, continues to give oxygen to Palestinian extremism.

Sánchez promises more 'cooperation' to the Palestinian government

Sánchez announced today on Twitter: "During the Summit in Cairo I held a meeting with the president of the Palestinian National Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, and I conveyed to him our support and solidarity with the suffering of the population in Gaza. Spain will increase humanitarian aid and cooperation to Palestine. The future in peace and security depends on the two-state solution."

The La Moncloa website provides more information about this aid: "President Sánchez has held a bilateral meeting with the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, to whom he was able to convey that Spanish Cooperation will increase aid for Gaza by an additional 4 million euros between now and the end of the year. As President Sánchez has told you, in 2023 there will be 21 [million] euros in aid to the Palestinian population, which is 30% more than in 2022."

Sánchez snubs Israel after the terrorist attack against that country

First of all, it is striking to see that Sánchez has met with the Palestinian president before with the Israeli prime minister, despite the fact that it was Israel that suffered the most serious terrorist attack in its history on Last October 7, an attack at the hands of Palestinian Hamas terrorists. It is a clear disrespect to Israel at a particularly difficult time for that country, and all this while Sánchez maintains in his government ministers who supported a antisemitic march (in which this terrorist attack was justified) and that they belong to political parties that this Thursday voted against the European condemnation of that attack.

The terrorist wing of Abbas's party celebrates the terrorist attack on Israel

On the other hand, it should be noted that, as Palestinian Media Watch has reported, the terrorist wing of Fatah is has boasted of having helped Hamas in that massacre of Israeli civilians, a massacre that it has openly applauded, and has promised to continue terrorism. In case anyone is unaware of this information, the president of Fatah is Mahmoud Abbas, the same one to whom Sánchez has promised more "cooperation" and more money today.

This Thursday the Abbas government published a document calling for the extermination of the Jews

To this we must add that two days before that meeting between Sánchez and Abbas, and as you have been able to read in Counting Stars this morning, the Palestinian government of Abbas published a document calling for the extermination of the Jews, a document intended to be read as a sermon in Palestinian mosques this Friday and which constitutes a clear call to commit a crime of genocide.
