Social media, and especially Twitter, is a place where some fans give free rein to their worst instincts.
Early in the afternoon, the president of Vox published a tweet showing a capture of a news story from El Mundo about the atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists in their attack against Israel on October 7. You can read the full story here. About these atrocities, a member of the Zaka, the Israeli organization dedicated to identifying the bodies of those murdered in that massacre, comments:
"The terrorists came in to torture women and children, kidnap or kill. We found girls naked, with their hands tied behind their backs, raped and then murdered with a cut on the neck. Children burned. Men and soldiers beheaded."
Regarding these atrocities, Abascal has commented: "This is what Some want for Europe: submission, fear, violence. It doesn't matter how much evidence we put before them. By ideology they are capable of defending feminism and rapists, peace and terrorism, equality and radical Islamism. Enough of hypocrisy." It is a clear reference to the attitude of the extreme left, which has decided to align itself with Hamas.
I have been reviewing the responses to Abascal's tweet, which at this time has already been shared by almost 2,000 people. There are less than 300 answers. In them it is clear how far the fanaticism of three very specific sectors of our society reaches:
It is curious to see how the scum of those three sectors have agreed to justify these abominable crimes or simply cover them up, in this case insulting the president of Vox for denouncing them. As a Vox voter, I congratulate Abascal for the complaints he has been making against this terrorist attack. And to those who have insulted him today, I can only say that they cause me a very great revulsion.
