Mention in the Spanish Parliament to the victory of Hungary and Poland in Brussels

The veto presented by Hungary and Poland to the EU budget, which was resolved last week with a victory for both Nations, has been cited this morning in the Spanish Parliament by Santiago Abascal, president of Vox, the third party with the most representation in the Congress of Deputies.

"Last week's European Council will undoubtedly go in the history of the Union as a victory for national sovereignty and political freedom against the progressive dictatorship and against the Brussels roller that you represent," Abascal said, addressing the socialist-communist Government of Pedro Sánchez. "We owe that victory to the Hungarian and Polish governments, to which from here, from this tribune of the Spanish Parliament, I want to congratulate and I want to thank because I also believe that Mr. Orbán's partners in this tribune will not do so" he said in reference the People's Party, which shares a group in the European Parliament with Fidesz, the ruling party in Hungary.

Abascal: «Hungary and Poland have done us all a favor»

"Thanks to that victory, to that demand in the negotiation, there will be no ideological conditions to access European recovery funds," Abascal said. "With this, Hungary and Poland have done us all a favor, since the protagonism is once again in the recovery of Europe and in budgetary measures and no one will be able to take advantage of these funds, no one will be able to really take advantage of this health and economic tragedy, as you do here, to impose your ideological agenda," he said addressing the Government. Sánchez takes advantage of the crisis to impose his ideological agenda

Abascal denounced that this ideological use of the health crisis has been made by the Government of Pedro Sánchez "since the month of March at full speed to put Mr. Iglesias in the National Intelligence Center", in reference to the use of the decree of the state of alarm of March 14 to put the communist vice president in the intelligence service's control body despite Pablo Iglesias' ties with the Islamic regime in Iran.

Abascal also accused the Government of taking advantage of this crisis to "spur his attack on the Head of the State", in reference to the campaign from the most extremist wing of the Government against the King, and also "to pass one of the saddest laws that this Parliament from all democracy", referring to the controversial and inhumane euthanasia law promoted by the Socialists and which will be voted on in the Senate this Thursday.
