Russia repeats its strategy of terror against the civilian population of Ukraine, again on a city where two children were already murdered in July.

This time, Russia has directed its attack on the center of Kostyantynivka, in the Donetsk region. It is a commercial area, without any military objective:"Russian terrorists have attacked a regular market, shops, and a pharmacy, killing innocent people. The number of casualties could rise further", has declared Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, together with a video of the attack:

According to data provided by Ihor Klymenko, Minister of the Interior of Ukraine, this new Russian terrorist attack has killed 17 people and injured 32. Among those killed is a child. In the attacked area, and according to Klymenko has pointed out, a total of 30 stores have been damaged. You can see a video here showing the area reached by the attack, made with a missile:

I wonder how many more attacks like this Ukraine will have to suffer until finally all European countries declare what Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and the Czech Republic have already declared: that Russia is a terrorist state.
