As you know, a few days ago some strong storms caused serious floods in Central Europe, mainly affecting Germany and Belgium. Although it was not cited by many international media, Poland was also affected by the storms. According to the Polish Ministry of the Interior, in ten days Polish firefighters carried out 25,000 interventions related to storms and floods.

Yesterday the Polish Foreign Ministry announced that a rescue team of Polish firefighters was sent to Germany yesterday, specifically to the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, one of the most affected by the floods.
