Today Israel has communicated the identification of the remains of the Spanish citizen Iván Illarramendi and his wife, the Chilean Dafna Garcovich.

The Israeli ambassador to Spain, Rodica Radian-Gordon, has communicated this afternoon : "Our hearts are torn by the news of the brutal murder of Iván Illarramendi. He has been identified a month after the terrorist massacre committed by Hamas in Israel, along with his wife Dafna Garcovich. Our thoughts and prayers are with their families at this very difficult time. May their memories be blessed."

Until now, it was believed that Ivan and Dafna had been kidnapped by Hamas, but this was not the case. As confirmed by Israeli diplomacy to the Spanish agency Europa Press, Iván and Dafna were murdered by Hamas during the terrorist attack on October 7 and at no time were they kidnapped. His home, in Kibbutz Kissufim, was raided by Hamas terrorists that day. There are already two Spaniards killed in that attack, in which Hamas terrorists also murdered Maya Villalobo.

Pedro Sánchez limits himself to talking about "death" and does not call it murder

Despite the fact that the Israeli ambassador has clearly spoken of "murder", almost an hour later the president of the Spanish government Pedro Sánchez has limited himself to talking about "death", as if Iván had died from an illness. Sánchez has had no qualms about talking about "murder" when it came to women murdered by his partners: why not now?

The communist half of the government refused to condemn the Hamas terrorist attack

It so happens that on October 19, the communists of Podemos, Sumar and Izquierda Unida voted against the European condemnation of that terrorist attack, a condemnation approved with 500 votes in favor, 21 against and 24 abstentions. Four of Sánchez's ministers belong to these three parties: Yolanda Díaz (Sumar), Alberto Garzón (IU), Ione Belarra and Irene Montero (Vamos).

Of all of them, four hours after the news of Iván's murder was known, only Yolanda Díaz is now made a comment about the crime, but also without calling it murder.

The most infamous case has once again been that of Ione Belarra, who has not said anything about this crime and instead has launched once again to slander the country attacked by Hamas, falsely accusing Israel of committing a "planned genocide."

Today, after hearing the news of the crime, the Spanish Jewish organization ACOM has denounced: "Our government has barely mentioned Ivan. It has not put any pressure to obtain news. It has kept ministers who make Hamas the big bucks".

My condolences to the family and friends of Iván and Dafne. I hope that those responsible for this horrendous crime are wiped off the face of the earth by the Israel Defense Forces.
