Vox maintains its seat in the Basque Parliament and increases its votes

The great failure of the Popular Party and its related media in their attempt to liquidate Vox

Yesterday's Basque elections have left the sad result of a strengthened separatism after evict more than 180,000 Basques from their land.

PP vs Vox: four clues to know who is serious in Spain about the fight against separatism

The effects of the refusal of the PSOE and the PP to illegalize Bildu

The results of the elections (can be consulted here) They are the result of decades of nonsense in Spanish politics, and more particularly of the repeated refusal of the Socialist Party (PSOE) and the Popular Party (PP) to outlaw Bildu, a party heir to the gang terrorist ETA, which does not condemn the crimes of that criminal gang and even pays tribute to its murderers.

The result of decades of giving in to the separatists

Beyond that, all Spanish governments of the last 46 years have shown an absurd complacency with separatism, believing that there was a so-called "moderate nationalism" that had to find a place in our democracy so that he would feel comfortable, even at the cost of degrading national unity and equality among Spaniards to satisfy the whims of the secessionist parties. Pedro Sánchez is the greatest exponent of this suicidal policy, but not the first. The PSOE and the PP continue not to recognize their mistakes in this regard and remain determined to fatten separatism, even offering them pacts before the elections as has happened on this occasion.

Of all the candidates that were presented in these elections with options to obtain representation, only one party made it clear that it had no intention of making an agreement with the separatists: Vox. It seems that it is the only party that understands the real problem that Spain has when it comes to national unity. The others are still in the dark, behaving like deluded girlfriends who continue to believe that they can finally make their abusive boyfriends be good people through patience and time. Separatism feels increasingly growing in the face of the blindness and irresponsibility of the PSOE and the PP.

Vox has a lot to celebrate after the failure of the campaign against it

In yesterday's Basque elections, curiously, Vox has a lot to celebrate despite remaining with only one seat in the Basque Parliament, although gaining more than 3,800 votes in a region where it takes a lot of courage to go to a polling station and put the Vox ballot in an envelope in front of the separatist thugs. Vox is right when it talks about the "seat of dignity", but it could also call it the seat of bravery, which is what is needed to support Vox in that region with the most mafia-like separatist movement in Spain.

The most absurd thing in these elections is to see what the priorities of some parties have been. Last night, in La Sexta, they reported the opinion of a regional leader of the PP who regretted not having achieved his goal of "ending Vox". No one can be surprised by this shameless confession. The Popular Party and its related media have concentrated on that objective in an obsessive way, reaching the most absolute level of ridicule on yesterday's voting day, when the PP denounced the size of the accreditations of Vox's representatives because they were larger than theirs. Yesterday I remembered a fact that makes clear the order of priorities of the party chaired by Feijóo: the PP opposed outlawing Bildu three times to Bildu, but the one he denounces for something stupid is Vox.

A stone in the shoe of the PP and its related media

Certainly, the PP and its related media have reasons to be upset. That Vox seat is like an annoying stone in the shoe of unprincipled characters, who want right-wing voters to go to the polls again with their noses stuffed and voting for the "lesser evil." so that the PP can then use those votes to pursue left-wing policies and to give in to the separatists, as it has been doing for many years.

Despite all the efforts they have made to eliminate the competition, Vox not only does not disappear but also increases its votes, as already happened in February in Galicia, where Vox, with the most votes and a higher percentage than those achieved last night in the Basque provinces, he was left without a seat in the Galician Parliament, in which the PP imposed a 5% barrier to obtain representation.

Of course, from the PP and its related media we can only expect more foul play, even from those who claim to profess noble beliefs. There is as an example the case of 13TV, which last night omitted the Vox seat in the Basque elections by showing a table with the candidates that had achieved representation. It is disgusting to see the television of the Episcopal Conference behaving in this way, but unfortunately it is not a new attitude on that channel, which seems like a means of propaganda for the PP. Of the outrages against Vox of a certain morning host, why talk now... He has enough with the judicial sentence that has just fallen on him for defaming Vox.
