PP and Vox did support that condemnation, rejected by the PSOE and the left

The PSOE refused to condemn crimes of genocide and now labels others as 'deniers'

The cynicism of the left seems to have no limits, and it is displayed with absolute audacity every time it uses the term "denialism."

The PSOE calls others 'deniers' while denying prenatal human life

This term arose to qualify those positions that deny crimes of genocide, and particularly the Holocaust perpetrated by the Nazis, which are amply proven and documented. However, the left has ended up using that term to disqualify anyone who does not agree with their theses, even on rather questionable issues. Let's see an example: yesterday the PSOE accused the PP and Vox of "denialism", giving a series of examples among which there was not a single refusal by the PP and Vox to condemn crimes of genocide, not even to minimize their relevance.

The Socialists go so far as to classify as "negationism" the mere fact of supporting an irrigation law in the Doñana Natural Park. That is to say, that if you support that law, they apply a term that assimilates you with the nazis. What the PSOE is doing is an infamous trivialization of Nazism and of those who deny its crimes, in an attempt to demonize any discrepancy in the ideological theses of the left. This is the same party that denies the scientific evidence about the beginning of human life in order to call it a "right" to kill innocent and defenseless human beings, something that is much closer to neo-nazi denialism. than the mere fact of supporting an irrigation law.

The PSOE rejected a parliamentary condemnation of the crimes of nazism and communism

But there is an even clearer case of just how far the left's doublespeak goes in this regard. In March 2021, the PSOE and its far-left partners voted against a parliamentary initiative to condemn the crimes of nazism and communism. This initiative, presented by the Popular Party and supported by Vox, asked Congress to ratify the European resolution on the crimes of Nazism and communism adopted in 2019, a resolution that stated that "the Nazi and communist regimes carried out mass murders, genocide and deportations and caused a loss of life and freedom in the 20th century on a scale unseen in human history."

The infamy of the Spanish left did not stop there. During the debate on that parliamentary initiative, the PSOE representative called communists like Santiago Carrillo "freedom fighters". Carrillo was the responsible of the Paracuellos massacre in 1936, in the that 5,000 political prisoners were assassinated, including 50 children.

The PSOE government partners insulted the victims of communism

The atrocities of the PSOE and its far-left partners have continued. In November 2022, Izquierda Unida, one of the communist factions of the government of Pedro Sánchez, labeled as "fascists and nazis" to the millions of victims of communist crimes. That same month, the state-owned company Correos y Telégrafos, run by a friend of Pedro Sánchez -it was he who put him in charge of that entity- published a stamp with the hammer and sickle, the symbol of communism< /a>, a totalitarian symbol associated, like the Nazi swastika, with crimes of genocide and the systematic violation of the human rights of millions of people.

A left that practices denial itself

It is necessary to lack the slightest shame and not have any kind of moral scruples to falsely accuse others of "denialism" while the Spanish left practices denialism more properly speaking: the one that denies crimes of genocide . And it does so, moreover, with the complicity of the media that later distributes democrat cards and points the finger at those who, like the PP and Vox, have condemned these crimes, both the nazis and the communists. Of course, one may or may not agree with these parties, but they did have the decency to support that condemnation. A decency that the Spanish left is totally unaware of.
