Óscar Puente uses his 'mud machine' against the Argentine president

Javier Milei's forceful response to the defamation of a minister of Pedro Sánchez

This week, Pedro Sánchez has accused the opposition and the right-wing media of spreading hoaxes and using the "mud machine."

The German media Der Spiegel destroys Pedro Sánchez for his farce after having defended him
Sánchez wants to muzzle the media he does not control: we will not shut up!

In reality, what the socialist leader has done is perfectly describe his own actions and that of his government. Just yesterday he demonstrated it disseminating from the La Moncloa website a hoax from the newspaper El País that falsely stated that the UN has rejected the laws of concord approved in several communities by the PP and Vox.

In the afternoon, The Minister of Transport, the socialist Óscar Puente, has defamed the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, accusing him of ingesting "substances." A statement from a rude minister who has made insults his main way of communicating with his rivals both politicians and the media.

At 0:45 CET, the Office of the President of the Argentine Republic has issued a forceful statement answering the defamation of Óscar Puente. I copy below the complete statement, which I subscribe from beginning to end:

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

City of Buenos Aires, May 3, 2024.- The Office of the President repudiates the slander and insults formulated by the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility of Spain, Óscar Puente, against Javier Milei.

Pedro Sanchez's government has more important problems to deal with, such as the corruption accusations leveled against his wife, an issue that even led him to consider his resignation. For the good of the Kingdom of Spain, we hope that justice acts quickly to clarify such a corruption scandal that directly affects the stability of your Nation and, consequently, relations with our country.

Pedro Sánchez has endangered the unity of the Kingdom, making agreements with separatists and leading to the dissolution of Spain; he has put Spanish women at risk allowing the illegal immigration of those who threaten their physical integrity; and has endangered the middle class with its socialist policies that only bring poverty and death.

We Argentines choose to change the model that brought us misery and decadence. The same model that the Spanish Socialist Workers Party applies in its country.

We hope that the Spanish people will soon choose to live in freedom again.

As a Spanish citizen, I cannot help but feel ashamed of this government of enemies of freedom, which seeks to cover up its scandals by launching a campaign of attacks on judges, threatening freedom of the press and now, in addition, launching a serious defamation against the president of a brother country such as Argentina.

Óscar Puente must be fired immediately. Spain cannot have as a minister someone who behaves in that way. Someone like this does not deserve to receive a public salary paid with our taxes.
